VLM Information for Partners

When selling Viprinet products, please remember to instruct your clients that every Viprinet router needs to have a subscription to Viprinet Lifetime Maintenance in order to access support, as well asfirmware and software updates. This also applies to products running on Classic firmware.

What do I need to do to register routers?

  • As a Viprinet partner, you have access to the partner section of the VLM online portal. Please navigate to https://support.viprinet.com/partner/ and login with the credentials we have provided.
  • It’s vital for partners that all routers be registered within the VLM portal, ideally on receipt. To register routers, you will need the serial number and the SupportID of the router, which is printed on the router box and on a sticker at the back of the router’s housing.
  • If you don’t register the router, it cannot be assigned to you as a partner once the client subscribes to VLM.
