Advertising campaign attracts attention
The German router manufacturer Viprinet draws a positive conclusion from the CeBIT 2010. The appearance was themed “reliability through redundancy” and focused on the issue of high availability. The interest in products and solutions was great throughout all five days. The number of business contacts and interested visitors even increased compared to last year’s fair. “The high level of information of most visitors was particularly noticeable”, says Viprinet CEO Simon Kissel. “Many had already dealt with the Viprinet principle previously to the tradeshow and were hence able to discuss actual projects with our expert team.”
The large advertising motive caused quite a sensation, as it became one of the photos most frequently shot at the whole tradeshow. It can be downloaded as a desktop theme from the company website as of now.
On the 60 m² main booth in hall 13, all products and solutions were presented during live operation. Visitors were able to assure themselves of the capabilities of real ADSL and UMTS channel bonding. Also on the main booth, the Viprinet system partner Code One presented its novel video streaming solutions. With the help of a Multichannel VPN Router, the company's innovative complete kits provide the reliable and simple transfer of live video files into the Internet. The different kits were of great interest for media and broadcasting representatives.
In the open air area, this year Viprinet presented a Mammography trailer as special mobile application. System partner Weich Computersysteme and Vedisys, marketer of radiological systems, demonstrated how a mobile screening unit was connected to stationary practice systems via one Multichannel VPN Router with six UMTS/3G-modules.
“I am confident that our trade show appearance contributed to familiarize an even larger audience with the Viprinet solutions and to develop further fields of applications”, summarizes Simon Kissel.
